How long will my order take?

Standard delivery is 3 to 7 business days in most of Mexico. Delivery to the United States, Canada and Europe may take up to 30 business days depending on the selected carrier.

How can I track my purchase?

We will email your tracking number. You can also follow the shipment from the orders section of your profile.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it.
