Because our pieces are artisanal and limited, every request is reviewed individually so we can offer the most appropriate solution.

Natural variations are not defects

Natural differences in color, texture, shape or dimensions are part of authentic handmade work and are not considered defects.

Restrictions

• Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
• Returns due to selecting the wrong size are not accepted.
• Made-to-order pieces are reviewed individually.
• Fragile and consumable products may have special restrictions.
• Some categories and international shipments are not eligible for return.
